About software
Microsoft Office 365 is an application that allows you to create, edit, and share documents. This is an evolution of Microsoft Office main series. Office now lives in the cloud. Office 365 requires a subscription, but users are allowed to try it out for 30 consecutive days. Microsoft allows users to purchase the product with four different packages, ranging from EUR7 to EUR10 per month (for non-business use). Office 365 gives users the ability to access all Office 2023 software packages online. Outlook is an organizational tool for email, calendar, address book and word processing. PowerPoint can also be used for creating presentations. Office 365 suite apps are updated automatically to the most current version and/or office edition because they are a web-based service. Microsoft Office Online, which Microsoft offers as a free online service that allows users to access Office programs from any browser, is not to be confused with Office 365.
In Office 365, OneDrive storage space is included with the other applications. OneDrive is Microsoft’s cloud-based service. Users also get access to a certain number of free call minutes on Skype. Office 365 provides offline support and multiplatform support (PC Mac, iOS, Android)
Office 365 allows you access the Office suite applications offline. This is because it was installed locally at the time you purchased the service. It is important to continue to use the software by accessing the online applications at least once per 39 days. This should be done in order to download any updates. After 39 days the cloud version may lose some of its functions, while the offline version continues to function as usual. However, once you have logged in online, even after the specified period, the account is immediately reactivated and the apps reacquire all the features.

- Other Internet functionality requires an Internet connection. Fees may apply
- To use multi-touch functionality, you will need a touch-enabled device. You can still access all the features and functionality by using a standard keyboard, mouse, or another accessible input device. Windows 10 and Windows 8.1 touch features have been optimized for use.
- Your system configuration may affect the functionality of products and graphics. Some features may require more advanced hardware or server connectivity.
- For licensing and access to services, a Microsoft account and/or an organizational account are required.
- Skype requires a standard laptop camera or USB 2.0 video camera, a microphone, and an audio output device in order to utilize its full range of calling features.
How do I download and install Office 365
- Once you have finished downloading the required files, click the download button. Depending upon your download speed, it may take between a few minutes and a few hours to complete the download.
