About the software
PreviSat is a satellite tracking software for observing purposes. It is very easy to use and displays the positions of artificial satellites both in real-time and manual mode. PreviSat is able to make predictions of their passes, predictions of MetOp and COSMO-SkyMed flares, ISS transits and several other calculations. PreviSat employs the SGP4 (revised 2006), which uses TLE orbital elements to calculate the geocentric location of artificial satellites. PreviSat is able calculate all satellite passes for any location anywhere in the world, and shows satellites both in a globe view and a sky view.
